The club has 4 trustees: Carolyn Barry, John Carroll, Chris Hinton and James Durrant.

The club has three main committees

• An executive committee that deals with general matters and manages and co-ordinates activities across the club. The current members of that committee are given below.
• A bowls committee that manages the activities of the bowls sections. A list of the current members of the bowls committee can be found here.
• A tennis committee that manages the activities of the tennis section. A list of the current members of the tennis committee can be found here.
